WHO WE ARE

B3SPOKE is a sports trading platform, currently in beta and invite only. This platform is intended solely as a test case to gather feedback.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using this Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that online sports trading is legal where you are located. We may request proof of age or identity at any time and may suspend your account until this is provided.

RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

B3SPOKE is not available to users in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Ontario (Canada), or any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law. We may use IP address, geolocation, or other technical means to enforce these restrictions. Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC) AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING

We may require you to provide identity verification documents (such as government-issued ID or proof of address) and information about the source of your funds, at account opening, before a withdrawal, or at any other time. We may suspend or restrict your account, and hold or delay withdrawals, until satisfactory verification is provided. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share credentials or permit others to access your account. B3SPOKE uses Google login for authentication. You are responsible for securing your Google account and login method. B3SPOKE is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account, except where such access results from our fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud or abuse, used the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or if required by law or a regulator. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms, any available balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of any required verification. Where termination results from fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, we may withhold funds connected to the relevant activity to the extent permitted by law.

DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS AND CRYPTO RISK

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the Base blockchain in USDT as a payment method. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. You accept all risks associated with price fluctuations, network delays, and blockchain irreversibility. B3SPOKE is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by you. A flat fee of 1 USDT is deducted from each withdrawal to cover Base network processing costs. This fee is non-refundable.

TRADING RULES AND ADMIN APPROVAL

All trades are final once placed and confirmed. Trades on markets that have already commenced will be void.

Stakes above the auto-approval threshold require admin review and are held as quotes pending approval. We will review such stakes within 6 hours. If a stake is rejected, the full amount will be returned to your account balance within 1 hour of the rejection decision.

B3SPOKE reserves the right to reject, limit, modify, or void any bet in the following circumstances:

• a manifest pricing or trading error (for example, odds that do not reflect the market at the time);
• a technical or system error affecting the bet or its settlement;
• suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse of the Platform;
• suspected market manipulation or breach of market integrity;
• a regulatory or legal requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we will void or adjust a trade under this clause within 5 hours of it being placed or of the issue being identified, and will notify you of the reason. If you disagree with a decision made under this clause, you may raise it with us at the contact details below support@b3spoke.io

BETA DISCLAIMER

The Platform is in beta. Features may be incomplete, subject to change, or temporarily unavailable without notice. B3SPOKE does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a platform error affecting settlement, B3SPOKE will act reasonably and in good faith to resolve it, and its decision, made on that basis, is final and binding absent fraud or gross negligence on our part.

RESPONSIBLE TRADING

B3SPOKE is committed to responsible trading. If you believe trading is negatively affecting your life, please do not use the platform.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of B3SPOKE or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing grants any license to use our trademarks or trade names.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except in cases of our fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or as otherwise required by applicable law, B3SPOKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including loss of funds due to market volatility, platform errors, or third-party failures.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and/or emailing you at least 3 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
